| MANUFACTURING AND MOLD/TOOLING ENGINEERS |

Location
: 6th of October, 6 October, Egypt.
- Summary of Position : Responsible for design and fabrication of molds, dies and fixtures.
- Nature and Scope of Job Activities :
* Complete design of molds (i.e. 3D and 2D drawings, mold flow analysis) to meet the current state-of-the art technology
* Provide technical support to manufacturing to build molds and solve problems, implement quality programs and efficiency improvement
* Complete First Article Inspections with CMM equipment for new mold and components
* Coordinate major repair or rebuild of production molds
* Provide cost estimates for molds and dies to satisfy customer quotation requirements
* Maintain electronic documentation for all molds, dies and fixtures
* Performs other duties as assigned
- Education and Experience :
* B.S. Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical.
* Five or more years mold design, tool/die making, or manufacturing molding experience.
* Proficiency with CAD software is required.
* Experience with CAM, as well as Moldmaking experience with CNC machine shop equipment, milling, grinding and wire EDM, is a plus.
* Excellent project management, communications, and interpersonal skills.
* English Language is highly preferred. |
FRESH ENGINEERS

| Mold Technicians |
- Location
: 6th of October, 6 October, Egypt.
- Summary of Position : Responsible for running CNC Equipment; such as, milling, lath and EDM machines.
- Nature and Scope of Job Activities :
* Working on both automated machines CNC and traditional milling and lathes machines.
* Support and build new molds and major repair or rebuild of old molds.
* Provide highest quality product and workmanship.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience :
* A.S. degree, preferably Mechanical, plus five or more years tool/die making, or manufacturing molding experience.
* Proficiency with Cam or equivalent software is required.
* Experience with CNC machine shop equipment, milling, lath, grinding and wire EDM, is a plus.
* English Language is preferred.
